Women Entrepreneur Matrix is a commerce club in which students are trained to build on communication skills and confidence. This helps prepare students to become the young new learning entrepreneurs

Global Case Competition 2022-2023
Case competitions explore strategies for companies to tackle business challenges. The WEM club's participation in this competition was incentivised by a desire to apply its members' problem-solving capabilities in developing real-world business challenges, network with industry spearheads and gain preliminary experience in the world of business. Members were able to attend workshops discussing various relevant topics prior to competing. Moreover, several members successfully advanced to the regionals rounds.
Product Launch 2022-2023
Members designed quality products customised according to their customers' demand following which, these products were marketed and sold. During this process, members developed a keen understanding of the inner-workings of a business and developed strong business acumens.
Projects 2021-2022
Self-Discovery and skill enrichment
Members of the WEM took the Business Personality Test, where they were divided into customized functional management groups to develop soft skills.
Market Research
Members of the Marketing department conducted market research on the school campus for identifying potential products to launch.
Project Design
Information from the conducted market research was used to design a product/service with the right quality and quantity.
